Fort Worth Aikikai offers traditional aikido classes for adults ages 16 and up. You are welcome to observe or participate in a class before joining. If you come to observe or participate, please notify the front desk staff when you arrive.

Thursdays 6:40pm-7:40pm

Saturdays 11:30am-12:30pm

Location

The aikido class is held in the aerobics studio at the Chisholm Trail Community Center located at 4936 McPherson Blvd., Fort Worth 76123. The aerobics studio is located in the back right corner of the building.

Cost

To join the class you must pay two fees:

1. $40/year (resident) or $60/year (non-resident) for an individual to obtain a city of Fort Worth community center membership (valid at all locations). There are discounted memberships for seniors, families, and youths. Get a membership.
2. $40/month to register for the aikido activity class. Sign up here. There are two ways to find our class in the activity list.
   1. Type “aikido” in the search bar, scroll down to the entry titled “Aikido” and click on the “Enroll Now” button. Make sure to select the entry for the correct month and location (Chisholm Trail Community Center).
   2. Click on the “Where” button beneath the search bar. Check the box next to “Chisholm Trail Community Center” and then click “Apply”. Next, click on the “When” button beneath the search bar and verify “In progress/Future” is selected. If not, check the box for “In progress/Future” and then click “Apply”. Finally, scroll down to the entry titled “Aikido” and click on the “Enroll Now” button. Make sue to select the entry for the correct month.
